1.      The power system of the newly designed oil hydraulic press machine adopts press difference loop to reduce the noise but quicken the operation. When the machine is in waiting status, it can reduce electricity consumption and save energy cost.

2.      The oil hydraulic system and the overall platen design, system components are visible, which would facilitate maintenance and reparation.

3.      The firm C type machine frame can endure high pressure, and convenient for loading /unloading and process of work piece.

4.      The position and speed of oil cylinder can be adjusted. Pressure adjustment is simple.

5.      The design fully considers safety factors. It fits two-hand operation. Emergency button and small adjustment of mould loading/unloading facilitate the installation and calibration of the modes.
