Chuck with built-in cylinder, driving force is transmitted through the wedge mechanism. It is stable and reliable in work. Built in double non-return valves maintain the air pressure during machining. The compressed air feed via distributor ring and profile seals only when the spindle completely stops.

The stationary distributor ring must be mounted so that no contact exist against the rotating power chuck. The distributor ring is centered and laterally mounted by means of a bracket fixed to the headstock of the lathe.

用于直管或彎管的端頭加工，可以自定心夾緊直管，當管端彎曲時與可伸縮尾座上的定心卡盤配合采用卡爪浮動夾緊。僅適用外圓夾緊。

End machining straight or bent tubes. Tube can be self-centering clamped or with radial jaw compensation at bent tubes by means of a retractable centering chuck fixed on the tailstock. The chuck only used for external clamping.
