   3、保固期限內，如遇設備質量上問題，我公司負責免費維修及更換零部件，無須客戶承擔任何費用，人為原因及不可抗力原因造成的損壞除外。

   4、立即作出反應，江浙滬地區二小時內回報處理方案，十二小時內回復解決方案。其他外地較遠地區二小時內回報處理方案，四十八小時內回復解決方案。

   5、售后客服部門每月定期抽樣進行老客戶回訪工作，了解客戶使用及機臺運行情況。

   6、如客戶需要可預約喬躍技術工程師每半年不定期一次上門服務（包括整機維護、技術講解及現場指導等）。

   7、我公司技術顧問隨時解答客戶在技術及標準規范方面的疑問及進行技術指導，對設備的試驗方法進行講解和剖析。

   9、保固期外，整機終身保修，設備進行有償服務，維修成本較低，維修后免費保修。
