HiTrap Heparin-μSphere columns are prepacked with Heparin-μSphere for high-resolution purification of proteins with affnity for heparin such as DNA-binding proteins, coagulation factors, lipoproteins, and protein synthesis factors.
l Heparin binds to a wide range of biomolecules via both affinity and ion exchange mechanisms.
l Immobilized heparin is used for purification of antithrombin III, coagulation factors, and other plasma proteins.

HeparinmSphere is a member of the range of affinity chromatography resins for capture and intermediate purification.
HeparinmSphere is composed of cross-linked 6% agarose beads modified sodium heparin. Immobilization is performed using chemically stable and oriented coupling giving high binding capacity. The chemical stability of the resin is solely dictated by the heparin ligand.
This resin allows for fast and reliable separations of biomolecules with an affinity for heparin, including antithrombin III, coagulation factors and other plasma proteins. Additional applications include DNA binding proteins, lipoproteins, protein synthesis factors, enzymes that act on nucleic acids, and steroid receptors.
HeparinmSphere is available in a range of different bulk pack sizes and convenient pre-packed formats for easy scale-up and process development.

HiTalon預(yù)裝柱有1ml和5ml兩種規(guī)格。柱體由生物兼容性良好的聚丙烯精工制造，耐壓性高至0.75 Mpa。
兩個規(guī)格的接口一致，可以單獨使用，也可以串聯(lián)或并聯(lián)使用。可以用AKTA工作，也可以與其他層析系統(tǒng)匹配，甚至可以用注射器、蠕動泵或其他方式工作。
每套柱子均包含柱體和若干連接部件和封堵部件，以便與層析系統(tǒng)相連以及使用后密封保存。
