| Background | Neuritin also known as NRN1 and CPG15 is a neurotrophic factor, which is expressed in response to induction of neuronal activity byngF, BDNF, NT3 and other neural stimulators. It promotes neurite outgrowth and especially branching of neuritic processes in primary hippocampal and cortical cells. Recombinant Human Neuritin is a covalently disulfide-linked homodimer, consisting of two 9.7kDa polypeptide monomers, each containing 88 amino acid residues. It shares 99% and 97%a.a. sequence identity with murine and rat neuritin, respectively. |

保存條件:
-20℃或更低溫度保存，至少一年有效。由于蛋白的每次凍融均會引起部分失活，所以配制成相應濃度的儲存液后(請根據產品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲存液)，須分裝后-20℃或更低溫度凍存，以避免反復凍融。
注意事項:
由于有些塑料管壁對某些蛋白有較強的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結合位點，使細胞因子或重組蛋白不會粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲存液。
