耐博仕 澎內(nèi)傳401水泥基滲透結(jié)晶防水涂料本產(chǎn)品波蘭特水泥分子結(jié)構(gòu)為活性硅的活性物質(zhì)，分子量小，同時含有疏水基團和親水基團，其親水性大于疏水性，可溶于水，在干燥環(huán)境中不發(fā)生縮聚結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象，而在潮濕環(huán)境中發(fā)生縮聚結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象，形成不溶于水的結(jié)晶體。由活性硅、水泥、活性無機混合物等混合而成。

1、與基材粘結(jié)力強，漿料中的活性成份可滲入水泥基面中的毛細孔，微裂紋并產(chǎn)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)；與底材融為一體而形成一層結(jié)晶致密的防水層。

四、適用范圍scope of application
1、可廣泛應(yīng)用于各地上、地下民用建筑的室內(nèi)外墻體、垃圾池、防腐池、地面、地下室、屋頂和游泳池、水池、溝渠等的防滲防水。

五、施工工藝construction technology
1、基面準備 basal preparation
（1）底材必須堅固、平整、干凈，無灰塵、油膩、蠟、脫模劑等以及其它碎屑物質(zhì)；
the substrate must bestrong, flat and clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, mold release agents, andother debris;
（2）所有小孔隙、砂眼可用堵漏王加入少許清水拌成濕團狀，將其抹平；
all small pores andtrachoma can be filled with a little water and mixed into a wet ball by theplugging king, and smooth it out;
（3）涂刷漿料之前，預(yù)先充分濕潤底材，但不能有積水。
wetthe substrate sufficiently before applying the slurry, but there should be nostanding water.
2、混合比例，重量比 a. 用于涂刷（噴涂）：粉料：水=25：（7~8）； b. 用于刮涂：粉料：水=25：（6~7）。將水倒入容器,然后再將粉劑慢慢倒入水中，并用電動攪拌器充分攪拌至均勻無粉粒、無沉淀膏糊狀。
mixing ratio, weight ratio a. forpainting: powder: water = 25: (7 ~ 8); b.for wiping: powder: water = 25: (6 ~ 7). pour the water into the container,then slowly pour the powder into the water, and stir thoroughly with anelectric stirrer until there is no powder and no precipitate.
3、用毛刷或滾刷直接將漿料涂刷在基面上，仔細檢查有無漏刷或瑕疵；操作過程中應(yīng)保持間斷性攪拌，以防止沉淀。
brushthe slurry directly on the base surface with a brush or roller brush, andcarefully check for missing brushes or defects; intermittent stirring should bemaintained during operation to prevent precipitation.
4、用于防潮，可涂刷一層；用于防水，應(yīng)至少涂刷（噴涂/刮涂）二層。應(yīng)采用多層施工法，按標準用量施工，厚度原則上單層不超過2mm。
for moistureresistance, one layer can be painted; for waterproof, at least two layersshould be painted. the multi-layer construction method shall be adopted, andthe construction shall be carried out according to the standard dosage. inprinciple, the thickness of a single layer shall not exceed 1 mm.
5、等一層干透后（約4小時），再涂抹第二層。第二層的涂刷方向應(yīng)與一層的涂刷方向相垂直。
after the firstlayer is completely dry (about 4 hours), apply the second layer. the brushingdirection of the second layer should be perpendicular to the brushing directionof the first layer.
六、注意事項matters needing attention
1、切忌將已干結(jié)的膠漿加水混合后再用。
never mix the dried glue with water beforeuse.
2、施工過程中必須防雨淋、酷熱陽光照射及霜凍。
it must be protected from rain, extremely hotsunlight and frost during construction.
3、防水層干固后，方可做其它覆蓋層。
after the waterprooflayer is completely dry, it can be used as other covering layer.
4、可能會出現(xiàn)輕微震動、移動、裂縫的建筑物、管道、伸縮縫、后澆帶等場合防水建議采用耐博仕k11柔韌性防水漿料。

七、參考用量reference dosage
防水膜厚度為1.0mm時，理論用量約為1.5 -1.8kg/m2。實際用量視具體基面情況而定。
whenthe waterproof film thickness is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 1.5-1.8kg / m2. the actual amount depends on the specific base situation.
八、保質(zhì)期:shelf life:
在正常貯存、運輸條件下，保質(zhì)期為一年。
undernormal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is one year.
