Operation
Place the instrument in warpwise or weftwise position on the mesh. The weigt of the instrument creates a definded preasure to the mesh. The tension is indicated on the analog display immediately. The readings are independent to size and material of the mesh.
General
Synthetic mesh always loses tension in time. Correct mesh tension is one of the most important conditions for accurate, reproducable and high quality screen printing. It influences snap force, precise registration and resolution in printing. For multi-colored jobs consistent control is neccessary.
