


在編程軟件中選擇好觸摸屏和 PLC 型號后,在其系統設定中選擇 PLC 型號,通訊的波特率為 38400bps ;奇偶校驗為奇校驗;數據長度 8 位;停止位 1 位;通訊方式 RS-232 。
PLC 可采用 XINJE 或西門子、歐姆龍等系列產品
打印機 可采用 HP 或其他品牌的針式打印機和噴墨打印機
TP 軟件 采用 TP 專用的制作軟件 TPsoft 編程軟件中備有大量的圖形庫(開關、燈、棒圖等)供選擇,還可以根據用戶需求編輯所需要的工藝圖形,能夠轉換 BMP 文件和 AUTOCAD 中的 DXF 文件。還具有留言板功能用于交接班記錄用。在編程軟件中可以設定觸摸屏背光燈的關閉時間,節省其使用壽命。觸摸屏中具有內部編程指令 —— 宏命令,可以減輕 PLC 的編程負擔,甚至有些簡單的設備中可以取代 PLC ,由觸摸屏編程直接和其它設備通訊
PLC 編程軟件 采用的是 XINJE 的 FC 編程軟件,用它完成整個程序的編制、調試。

其他低壓電器 3) 觸摸屏畫面的制作采用 TouchWin 編輯工具軟件完成。各畫面畫面包括各控制菜單及視頻窗口,首頁可由相關單位編寫廣告畫面歡迎詞或系統機型說明。本系統主要包含以下幾項: 在主菜單畫面中設計了 9 個畫面選擇開關 , 用于打開 9 個不同功能的畫面 , 畫面分布 :compared with foreign countries. With the rapid development of the national economy, municipal construction and management put forward higher requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the control and management of existing pumping stations. In order to reduce staff and increase efficiency and improve management level, the development of unmanned pumping station monitoring and management in foreign countries should be carried out. This project takes Tangqiao pumping station in Pudong new area of Shanghai as the implementation object and carries out the automation monitoring and management transformation of the whole pumping station. 2. The TANGQIAO pumping station is located in Huangpu River, Tangqiao Road, Pudong new area, Shanghai. The pumping station is mainly used for sewage disposal and flood control. The service area is 240 hectares with a total displacement of 13.8 m 3/s. 2.1 equipment distribution as in most pumping stations, the layout of the equipment distribution is shown below (figure 1) . Access Gate: used to prevent water from flowing back into the Huangpu River and for maintenance of pumping stations. 2 CISTERN: The sewage from the underground pipeline is collected in this cistern. The cistern is divided into inner and outer zones by Stainless Steel Grille. The water level and water level difference between the inside and outside areas of the cistern are detected by ultrasonic liquid level meter. 3 DIRT REMOVER: The pump station is equipped with two wire rope type Grille dirt removers, which are used to remove garbage and dirt attached to the Grille from the SUMP for treatment. 4 Transformer House: In order to ensure the reliable operation of the pumping station, there are two 800KVA power transformers in the pumping station. The power transformer is equipped with a temperature monitor to monitor the three-phase temperature. When the temperature exceeds the limit, it can automatically start the fan cooling and alarm. 5 Pump House: six 180kw axial flow pumps have been installed at Tangqiao pump station; water level detectors have been installed in the water storage room. Control Cabinet Room: The room is equipped with 2 entry cabinets (cabinet 1,13) , 4 power factor compensation cabinets (cabinet 2,3,11,12) , pump switch cabinets (cabinet 4-6,8-10) and 1 connecting cabinet (cabinet 7) . 2.2 control requirements, the Tangqiao pumping station as the facility object, the entire pumping station automation monitoring and management of the transformation. The water pump control switch cabinet of the pumping station is reformed to have the function of on-site and remote control. The power factor compensation cabinet of the pump station is reformed, which can realize on-site automatic compensation and remote power network monitoring. The
