進(jìn)口直聯(lián)離心泵產(chǎn)品介紹：直聯(lián)泵是電機(jī)與水泵之間通過剛性聯(lián)軸器相聯(lián)接的儀器。直聯(lián)式離心水泵供吸送80攝氏度以下清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)似于水的液體，適用于工廠、礦山、城市給水排水和農(nóng)田灌溉等用途。本泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊、性能可靠、體積小、重量輕、電耗低，使用維修方便。

　　直聯(lián)泵軸伸短，轉(zhuǎn)動時(shí)徑向跳動小，泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)噪音小、機(jī)械密封壽命長；材料使用少，成本低；傳動損失少，效率高。

進(jìn)口直聯(lián)離心泵工作原理：離心泵所以能把水送出去是由于離心力的作用。水泵在工作前，泵體和進(jìn)水管必須灌滿水形成真空狀態(tài)，當(dāng)葉輪快速轉(zhuǎn)動時(shí)，葉片促使水很快旋轉(zhuǎn)，旋轉(zhuǎn)著的水在離心力的作用下從葉輪中飛去，泵內(nèi)的水被拋出后，葉輪的中心部分形成真空區(qū)域。水原的水在大氣壓力（或水壓）的作用下通過管網(wǎng)壓到了進(jìn)水管內(nèi)。這樣循環(huán)不已，就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)抽水。

進(jìn)口直聯(lián)離心泵運(yùn)行條件：吸入壓力≤1.0MPa，或泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力≤1.6MPa，即泵吸入口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程≤1.6MPa，泵靜壓試驗(yàn)壓力為2.5MPa。訂貨時(shí)請注明系統(tǒng)工作壓力。泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力大于1.6MPa時(shí)應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)另行提出，以便在制造時(shí)泵的過流部分和聯(lián)接部分采用鑄鋼材料。
