進口液下雙吸泵產品描述:
液下泵領域,包括泵軸和套設在泵軸外的支撐管,支撐管一端通過密封蓋封堵,泵軸末端穿過密封蓋配合有雙吸泵體,雙吸泵體環向連通有導流管,導流管遠離雙吸泵體的一端連通支撐管內部,泵軸通過傳動機構從外部獲取動力,從而帶動雙吸泵體內部的雙吸葉輪工作,用于將吸入雙吸泵體的液體通過導流管輸出到支撐管內進而排出到外部,將泵體設置為上泵體、中泵體和下泵體,通過導流管將壓水室內的液體引流到支撐管中。整體設計新穎,結構緊湊,便于加工制作,拆卸維修方便,制造成本低
進口液下雙吸泵特點:
上泵體中部設有進液口,與下泵體設有第二進液口,雙吸葉輪兩端的液體流速接近,從而保證了葉輪兩端的進液效果,葉輪受力均勻,葉輪兩端軸向力相等,但方向相反,理論上作用在葉輪上的軸向力為零。傳動機構的滾動軸承只承受轉子的重量,整機運行更加平穩,同時也延長了滾動軸承的使用壽命。
進口液下雙吸泵原理:
支撐管對接雙吸泵體的一端配合有密封蓋,泵軸穿過密封蓋后與雙吸葉輪配合,帶動雙吸葉輪工作;利用密封蓋實現泵體空腔與支撐管的隔斷,保證葉輪上下方的進液效果,利用泵體側面的導流管將液體輸送進入支撐管內;
