進(jìn)口高溫高壓增壓泵潤滑系統(tǒng),包括連桿瓦兩半圓面的上瓦和下瓦,小頭襯套,上瓦和下瓦上均設(shè)有油槽,在下瓦的頂面上設(shè)有頂面油槽,下瓦上設(shè)有周向波浪形油槽;在小頭襯套上設(shè)有徑向油槽和周向螺旋形的油槽,周向螺旋形的油槽與徑向油槽貫通。有益效果是保證了曲軸與軸瓦接觸面油膜厚度,避免了軸與瓦之間的摩擦,通過油膜帶走產(chǎn)生的熱量,保證瓦與軸的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),增加潤滑部件的使用壽命;小頭襯套螺旋形的油槽與徑向油槽貫通,增加了儲(chǔ)油量,形成所需厚度的油膜,避免摩擦發(fā)熱,保證潤滑充分。
進(jìn)口高溫高壓增壓泵特點(diǎn):
增壓泵吸入口有10MPa以上的壓力,故液缸體有兩個(gè)柱塞腔體,采用變直徑的差動(dòng)柱塞結(jié)構(gòu),消除其對(duì)傳動(dòng)端大頭軸瓦及小頭襯套所造成的較大比壓,使泵潤滑充分,消除對(duì)泵所造成的不良影響。高溫高壓泵所輸送的介質(zhì)溫度高、易燃、易爆,故填料箱密封結(jié)構(gòu)需采用雙級(jí)填料密封+蒸汽預(yù)熱形式。由于高溫高壓增壓泵無法采用變直徑差動(dòng)式柱塞結(jié)構(gòu),故無法消除入口壓力對(duì)傳動(dòng)端部件所造成的不良影響,潤滑不充分,降低各部件的使用壽命,目前高溫高壓增壓泵潤滑系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)無法滿足現(xiàn)有要求。
