　　進口單螺桿泵針對現有技術中萬向連接件連接不夠靈活，使用過程中磨損嚴重，使用壽命短的問題，提供大排量新型形線單螺桿泵，包括吸入室和排出室，吸入室與排出室之間設有定子，轉子位于定子內，轉子通過萬向接頭組件與中間軸相連接，萬向接頭組件包括固定連接在中間軸上的連接部和固定連接在轉子上的第二連接部，連接部或第二連接部表面突出有球形凸頭，另一連接部表面具有向內凹陷的連接凹槽，球形凸頭位于連接凹槽內。萬向接頭組件采用球形凸頭和連接凹槽的間隙連接方式，實現萬象轉動，更加靈活，降低了使用過程中的磨損損耗，延長了使用壽命。

　　螺桿泵組件包括相互連通的吸入室和排出室，吸入室與排出室之間設有定子，轉子位于定子內，轉子遠離排出室的一端通過萬向接頭組件與中間軸相連接，中間軸遠離轉子的一端通過萬向接頭組件與輸入軸相連接，輸出軸通過軸承與機座轉動連接，萬向接頭組件包括固定連接在中間軸上的連接部和固定連接在轉子上的第二連接部，連接部或第二連接部表面突出有球形凸頭，另一連接部表面具有向內凹陷的連接凹槽，球形凸頭位于連接凹槽內，還包括套設在連接部和第二連接部外的傳動密封套管，傳動密封套管與連接部和第二連接部均周向固定連接；轉子包括轉子本體和兩個固定連接在轉子本體表面的螺紋頭，兩個螺紋頭的螺距相等，且兩個螺紋頭的螺紋傾角相差25度以內。
