　　泵體內部葉輪泵室下方設置低于入水口和出水口的儲水腔，在泵室入水口內側上方設置虹吸控制腔，入水口的入水管路內側通過延伸段向上延伸進入到虹吸控制腔內，延伸段開口高于葉輪的葉片高度；啟動前先通過注水口經虹吸控制腔對儲水腔內預先注入水，以確保葉輪順利啟動，停機后虹吸控制腔內的介質首先通過延伸段流出，形成沒有介質的空腔，打斷虹吸通道，同時保證儲水腔內保持有一定量的介質；結構簡單，成本低廉，運行可靠，設備使用壽命長。

　　自吸泵一般通過電機帶動葉輪旋轉，輸送介質從入口抽吸進入泵體內腔后，從出口輸出，泵體內腔在介質流通時由介質填滿，停機時由于虹吸作用介質仍然保持流動進入泵體內腔的趨勢，需打斷虹吸通道，傳統方法中一般在泵體上設置一個開口，通過開口連接電磁閥，由電磁閥輸送空氣破壞虹吸通道，以便自吸泵下次使用時能夠順利啟動，其結構復雜，易損壞，設備成本投入高，可靠性差。
