　　氣動雙隔膜計量泵采用三位五通電磁閥；氣動雙隔膜計量泵的兩個隔膜的背面固設有金屬片，氣動雙隔膜計量泵的外殼上與金屬片相對應的位置上安裝有接近傳感器；三位五通電磁閥和接近傳感器與控制器電連接。通過控制器、三位五通電磁閥及接近傳感器，實現了氣動雙隔膜計量泵的可計量可控制。

　　進口氣動雙隔膜計量泵特點：

　　進口氣動雙隔膜計量泵通過控制器控制三位五通電磁閥工作，進口氣動雙隔膜計量泵對氣動雙隔膜計量泵的A、B腔交替進氣、排氣，從而驅動兩個隔膜進行左右移動，交替進行吸液和排液過程。在隔膜移動過程中，帶動隔膜背面的金屬片左右移動，當A腔吸液完畢，A腔隔膜距離A腔的接近傳感器最近，接近傳感器檢測到A腔隔膜背面的金屬片，進口氣動雙隔膜計量泵并將信號反饋給控制器，一方面可由該信號判斷A腔吸液完畢B腔排液完畢，隔膜正常工作；另一方面，隔膜正常工作時每次吸液/排液的量是固定的，控制器對接近傳感器檢測到金屬片的次數進行計數，從而計算出隔膜工作過程中吸液/排液的量，實現氣動雙隔膜計量泵的可計量。
