進口除顆粒無泄漏泵包括泵殼、泵軸以及主葉輪。泵軸轉動安裝在泵殼中,主葉輪套在泵軸的一端上。泵殼的一端開設開口,另一端為封閉端。泵殼從其一端至另一端,依次開設儲液腔、負壓腔以及進料腔。泵軸的一端依次穿過開口、儲液腔、負壓腔,并位于進料腔內。泵殼上開設供物料進入的進口以及供物料甩出的出口,且進口沿泵軸的徑向設置,主葉輪的徑向出料口對準出口。物料從進口進入進料腔,并通過主葉輪的軸向進料口進入主葉輪。泵軸轉動以帶動主葉輪,使位于主葉輪內的物料獲得能量并從主葉輪的徑向出料口甩出至出口。在本發(fā)明中,較大的顆粒在進料腔內獲得能量后會立即從進口甩出,以起到去除顆粒的效果。
