進口小車移動式轉子泵轉子類型：

1 、單葉轉子：適合于輸送含有大顆粒物料的介質，對大顆粒物料的破碎率較低，但其脈動大，壓力低，容積量小，很少使用。

2 、兩葉轉子：適合于輸送含有中小顆粒物料的介質，對中小顆粒物料的破碎率相對較低，略有脈動，容積量小于三葉轉子。

3 、三葉轉子：通用的轉子類 型，容積量大于其它類型轉子，各種性能指標優于單葉、兩葉轉子，但其在輸送物料的過程中對顆粒物料有一定的破碎率。

4 、四葉轉子：當轉子葉片超過三葉后，其容積量因轉子葉片的增加而減少，轉子葉片越多，容積量則越少，多葉轉子在輸送物料時穩定性相對有所提高，但在輸送過程中容易破碎顆粒物料。

進口小車移動式轉子泵又稱羅茨泵、膠體泵、高濃漿泵等，它依靠兩個同步運動的轉子，由一對外置式同步齒輪箱進行傳動，轉子在傳動軸的帶動下進行同步反方向旋轉，從而構成了較高的真空度和排放壓力。兩轉子將轉子室分隔成幾個小空間，并按Ⅰ→Ⅱ→Ⅲ→Ⅳ的次序運轉。運轉到Ⅰ位置時，只有進口處充滿介質；運轉到Ⅱ位置時，Ⅱ室中封閉了部分介質；到位置Ⅲ時，Ⅲ室中也封閉了介質；到位置Ⅳ時。進口處和出口室相通，介質即被輸送至出物料管道。按這樣的循環往復，介質即被不斷的輸送出去。
