　　截止閥是一種關(guān)閉件沿閥座的中心線作直線運動的閥門。由于閥桿開啟或關(guān)閉行程相對較短，而且具有非常可靠的切斷功能，又由于閥座通口的變化與閥瓣的行程成正比例關(guān)系，非常適合于對流量的調(diào)節(jié)。可應(yīng)用于自來水、污水、建筑、食品、電力、醫(yī)藥、冶金、輕紡、能源等流體管線上作切斷或調(diào)節(jié)以及節(jié)流使用。截止閥一般采用法蘭連接或者焊接連接與管道相連。可選的驅(qū)動裝置有：手輪、傘齒輪、電動、氣動等

　　進口截止閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點:

　　1、截止閥是依靠閥桿壓力，使閥瓣密封面與閥座密封面緊密貼合，阻止介質(zhì)流通。屬于強制密封式閥門。

　　2、截止閥介質(zhì)流向有“低進高出"和“高進低出"兩種，只許介質(zhì)單向流動，安裝時有方向性。

　　3、截止閥閥體的結(jié)構(gòu)形式有直通式、直流式和直角式。

　　4、截止閥開啟時，閥瓣的開啟高度達到截止閥公稱直徑的25%～30%時，流量即已達到，即表明截止閥已達到全開位置。

　　5、截止閥結(jié)構(gòu)比閘閥簡單，制造與維修都較方便。

　　6、密封面不易磨損及擦傷，密封性好，啟閉時閥瓣與閥體密封面之間無相對滑動，因而磨損與擦傷均不嚴(yán)重，密封性能好，使用壽命長。

　　7、啟閉時，閥瓣行程小，因而截止閥高度比閘閥小，但結(jié)構(gòu)長度比閘閥長。

　　8、啟閉力矩大,較費力。

　　9、流體阻力大，因閥體內(nèi)介質(zhì)通道較曲折，流體阻力大，動力消耗大。

　　10、全開時閥瓣經(jīng)常受沖蝕。
