　　三、進口焊接超高壓電磁閥工作原理：

　　常閉：當線圈通電時，先導閥芯吸合，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開；當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔關閉，閥腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。

　　常開：當線圈通電時，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開。

　　四、結構特點：

　　1、類型(通道位置)：先導型二通式

　　2、電磁閥采用獨到設計，閥口關閉性能良好，確保無任何泄露；

　　3、一步定位設置,使活塞上下操作方便動作*偏離中心

　　4、內部結構全部采用四氟和304不銹鋼填充,加強了抗磨損能力

　　5、在介質無壓差的情況下，閥可以進行正常工作

　　6、簡化了線圈一體化的連接，與引線式接頭連接，不受范圍限制極為方便；

　　7、配有O型圈的頂螺帽確保防水、防潮、防爆，超長壽命

　　8、線圈設計符合CE161-1標準，在極限條件下仍正常工作

　　9、流體zui高工作溫度700℃，zui大工作壓力300MPa；
