　　工作原理：由兩個對向旋轉的同步齒輪帶動安裝于兩條平行軸上的轉子，轉子與泵殼之間不斷形成小的腔體，填充在腔體內的介質不斷被旋轉的轉子由進口端推出到出口端。轉子與泵殼之間的間隙極小，能密封泵的進口與出口，通過改變泵的驅動方向就可以實現反向輸送。泵對介質的擠壓和剪切極小，可忽略不計，幾乎沒有脈動。

　　轉子泵的高壓液柱如果是因為突發(fā)性的停電而導致的迅猛倒灌，就會形成在出口單向閥閥板上的撞擊。在處理的時候需要注意的是對排出系統(tǒng)的管道，以及管道的附件進行檢查，如果是有不合理的布置就需要改造。
