泵是磁力驅動單級單吸離心泵，是新型的磁力驅動化工流程泵，產品設計采用JB/T7742標準。
除非能有效排除鐵磁性微粒，否則本產品應避免輸送含有鐵磁性物料的液體。
1.該型泵為單級、單吸、臥式、徑向剖分，軸向吸入、徑向排出。全密封，無泄漏。
2.優化的剛性軸結構設計，具有更佳的撓度指數，使泵的振動值進一步降低。 力主要靠葉輪上的副葉片或者平衡孔進行水力平衡，殘余軸向力由推力軸承承受。
3.采用大厚度、重載、強推力陶瓷軸承，選用高純度、高耐磨性的碳化硅材料，使用壽命長。
4.內外磁轉子均為全密封式結構，防止泵在腐蝕環境下磁體腐蝕和磁性能的衰退。
5.泵體具有底腳支撐和中心支撐兩種形式，供不同溫度介質時選用，基本型采用底腳支撐、低溫與高溫型采用中心支撐。
6.新型的誘導輪技術，可使泵的必需汽蝕余量更低。
7.多種循環方式將泵內產生的渦流熱和摩擦熱帶走，以滿足不同介質的輸送。典型的循環系統有：
a.內循環式。通過泵內液體壓力差形成自循環。
b.外循環式。當不宜使用泵送介質進行自潤滑冷卻時，可引入外來液體，但外來液體必須高于泵腔內的壓力0.07～0.1MPa。

9.可選擇電機直連或通過聯軸器連接的形式。
10.從驅動端看，泵為順時針方向旋轉。
11.法蘭標準可提供ANSI、HG/T20615、HG/T20592等多種選擇。
12.可配帶普通Y系列電機、YB系列防爆型電機、直流電機和永磁電機等。
