　　進口羅茨風機葉輪與潤滑系統

　　1. 旋向：面向風機帶輪（聯軸器），左側逆時針方向旋轉為正方向；右側順時針方向旋轉為正方向。所有羅茨風機附件包括底座、傳動裝置、進出口消音器、壓力表、安全閥、撓性接頭、止回閥、減震墊、地腳螺栓及其連接件等。

　　2. 采用三葉輪及帶螺旋線形的箱體，兩根平行的軸上設有三葉形葉輪，葉輪與橢圓形機箱內孔面及各葉輪三者之間始終保持微小的間隙，各支葉輪始終由同步直齒輪保持正確的相位，不會出現相互碰觸現象。

　　3. 葉輪為球墨鑄鐵QT500-7、軸為45號碳素鋼。葉輪型線為復合型，運轉時泄漏更少。軸在冷狀態時，葉輪內徑過盈0.04mm再經加熱后，經液壓裝置緩慢的壓到固位置，在高速運轉時軸與葉輪間保持著過盈0.01mm,使葉軸在高速運轉時不松動。

　　4. 羅茨風機同步齒輪采用直齒輪結構，傳動平穩，浸油潤滑，噪聲更低。

　　5. 羅茨風機一端軸承采用飛濺潤滑，另一端軸承采用黃油潤滑。雙油箱的風機兩端均采用飛濺潤滑。

　　6. 羅茨風機冷卻方式為水冷卻/空冷卻，傳動方式為直聯傳動/皮帶輪，風機為單級風機。

　　基本原理

　　羅茨鼓風機系屬容積回轉鼓風機。這種壓縮機靠轉子軸端的同步齒輪使兩轉子保持嚙合。轉子上每一凹入的曲面部分與氣缸內壁組成工作容積，在轉子回轉過程中從吸氣口帶走氣體，當移到排氣口附近與排氣口相連通的瞬時，因有較高壓力的氣體回流，這時工作容積中的壓力突然升高，然后將氣體輸送到排氣通道。兩轉子互不接觸，它們之間靠嚴密控制的間隙實現密封，故排出的氣體不受潤滑油污染。

　　其的特點是使用時當壓力在允許范圍內加以調節時流量之變動甚微，壓力選擇范圍很寬，具有強制輸氣的特點。輸送時介質不含油。結構簡單、維修方便、使用壽命長、整機振動小。
