　　性能選擇

　　1. 風機的性能按性能表上查閱，表中列出的性能是率范圍內的性能，按流量分為六個性能點，選用時按性能表為準。

　　2. 風機出廠的合格品性能是在額定流量時全壓值不超過±5%。

　　3. 性能選用表中是按標準狀態下風機性能，無論技術文件或訂貨要求的性能均按標準狀態為準，標準狀態大氣壓B=101325Pa，大氣溫度t=20oC，相對濕度φ=50%度時的空氣狀態，當實際使用條件與上述不符合時按有關公式進行換算。

　　4. 風機安裝方式可分為立式和臥式，如立式安裝須在訂貨時注明，如有在流量，壓力等性能參數上特殊要求，可另行設計生產。

　　材質部件

　　制作斜流風機的常用材質為：鋼、玻璃鋼、鋁等。

　　斜流風機主要部件為：電機、葉輪、外筒、內筒、導葉、底腳等等.

　　用途

　　斜流式風機可作為一般通風換氣用，使用條件如下：

　　1. 應用場所：作為一般工廠及建筑物的室內通風換氣，既可用作輸入氣體，也可用作排出氣體。

　　2. 輸送氣體的種類：空氣和其它不可燃的氣體，對人體無害的對鋼材無腐蝕性氣體。

　　3. 氣體內的雜質：氣體內不請允許有粘性物質，所含的塵土及硬質顆粒物不大于150mg/m3。

　　4. 根據用戶特殊需要還可以設計用磁電機傳動，實現無極變速，變風量結構型式。

　　5. 氣體的溫度：不超過80℃
