YI、ROHS1.0檢測儀概述：
RoHS是由立法制定的項強制性標準，它的全稱是《關于限制在電子電器設備中使用某些有害成分的指令》( Restrictionof Hazardous Substances)。該標準已于2006年7月1日開始正式實施，主要用于規范電子電氣產品的材料及工藝標準，使之加有利于人體健康及環境保護。該標準的目的在于消除電機電子產品中的鉛、汞、鎘、六價鉻、多溴聯苯和多溴聯苯醚共6項物質，并重點規定了鉛的含量不能超過0.1%。新指令201 1/65/EU ( RoHS 2.0)以取代2002/95/EC ( RoHS)新指令將于2011年7月21日生效。就RoHS2.0與RoHS進行比較，其主要改如下:
1、將原先WEEE指令的附錄和IA新增為RoHS的兩個附錄。
2、自2014年1月1日到2017年1月1日，逐步將醫療設備和監控設備納入RoHS的管制范圍。
3、制造商需在產品上市銷售之制訂EC符合性聲明并加貼CE標志，且在電子電氣產品上市之后，必須保留相關技術文件和EC符合性聲明少十年。
4、如果附錄I中列舉的物質(如HBCDD、DEHP、BBP和DBP等)因使用對人體健康或環境造成無法承受的危害，則將依據REACH法規第6972條的規定進行評估，進步將此物質列入附錄IV的限用物質。而RoHS要求中的主要測試物質如下表：
《電子信息產品中有毒有害物質的檢測方法》(以下簡稱《檢測方法》，標準號為SJ/T 11365-2006 )對RoHS要求中有害元素測試方法給予了限定。其中X射線熒光光譜法(XRF )作為種快捷、方便的方法被制定為快速篩選方法。使用X射線熒光光譜法(XRF)可對鉛(Pb)、汞(Hg)、鎘(Cd)、鉻(Cr)以及溴(Br)五種元素的相應標準樣品進行jingque測試。可是基于XRF的原理所獲得的結果只是元素的含量，也就是說如果這種篩選測試得到鉻(Cr)或溴(Br)的含量，即使他們超標也并不能代表有害物質(Cr VI)與阻燃劑PBB和PBDE )超標，這個測試結果(指含有)只是含有相應有害物質的必要條件而并非充分條件。這也就是限值表中沒有這兩種有害物質不合格的限值判斷依據的原因。

1、大型用電器：大型制冷器具、冰箱、冷凍箱、其它用于食品制冷、保鮮和儲存的大型器具等。
2、小型用電器：真空吸塵器、地毯清掃機、其它清潔器具、用于縫紉、編織及其它織物加工的器具等。
3、信息和通訊設備：數據處理器、個人計算機、打印機、復印設備、電氣電子打字機、臺式和袖珍計算器等。
4、消費類產品：收音機、電視機、錄象機、錄音機、高保真錄音機、功放機、音樂儀器、其他記錄或復制聲音、圖象的產品或設備。
5、照明設備：熒光燈具(用的照明設備除外)、直型熒光燈、緊湊型熒光燈、高亮度放電燈等。
6、電氣電子工具：電鉆、電鋸、縫紉機，對木材、金屬或其它材料進行車削、銑、砂磨、研磨、鋸削、切割、剪切、鉆孔、沖孔、折疊、彎曲或類似加工的設備等。
7、玩具、休閑和運動設備：電動火車或、手持電子游戲機、電子游戲機、用于騎自行車、潛水、跑步、劃船等的測算裝置;帶有電子或電氣元件的運動設備。
8、設備(被植入或被感染的產品除外)：設備、心臟用設備、透視裝置、肺、核醫療設備等。
9、監測和控制儀器：煙霧探測器、發熱調節器、溫控器、用或實驗室設備用測量、稱重或調節器具、工業安裝(如在控制板上)中所用的其它監控儀器。
10、自動售賣機：熱飲料自動售賣機、瓶裝或罐裝熱飲料或冷飲料自動售賣機、固體產品自動售賣機、錢票自動售賣機、所有自動送出各類產品的器具。
說明：目第八、九類設備、監測和控制儀器暫不受RoHS指令限制、但是醫療設備和監控設備及其零部件自2014年7月22日起應符合RoHS2.0標準要求。

6, electrical and electronic tools: electric drill, electric saw, sewing machine, wood, metal or other materials for turning, milling, sanding, grinding, sawing, cutting, cutting, drilling, punching, folding, bending or similar processing equipment.
7. Toys, leisure and sports equipment: electric trains or racing cars, handheld electronic game consoles, electronic game consoles, measuring devices for cycling, diving, running, boating, etc. Sports equipment with electronic or electrical components.
8. Medical equipment (except implanted or infected products) : radiotherapy equipment, cardiac equipment, fluoroscopy device, lung ventilator, nuclear medical equipment, etc.
9. Monitoring and control instruments: smoke detectors, heating regulators, temperature controllers, measuring, weighing or regulating instruments for household or laboratory equipment, and other monitoring instruments used in industrial installations (such as on control panels).
10. Vending machines: hot beverage machines, hot or cold beverage machines for bottles or cans, solid product vending machines, money ticket vending machines, all machines for automatic delivery of various products.
Note: At present, the eighth and ninth categories of medical equipment, monitoring and control instruments are temporarily not restricted by the RoHS Directive, but medical equipment and monitoring equipment and their parts should meet the requirements of RoHS2.0 standard from July 22, 2014.
