TPE包膠射粘成型需注意的問題。
● TPE與硬膠結構件的相容性需匹配，分子溶解度相接近，分子的相容性才比較好；
● 在設計中需盡量避免尖銳的轉角，以保證TPE與硬膠件接觸優良，提升粘接效果；
● 通過合適的排氣以避免模具型腔內留有氣體；
●使TPE的厚度與預期的觸感達到平衡；
● 保持TPE融體的溫度以保證粘接效果。
● TPE材料包覆成型需烘料再加工，以減少制品表面水紋，獲得表面色澤均勻的效果；
● 選擇的色母粒其載體樹脂與TPE和結構件材料都相容；
● 對于光滑的表面要特別處理，目的是增加軟膠與硬膠粘合接觸面，加強粘接效果；
●TPE應具有較好的流動性，因TPE包膠層厚度與尺寸比很小，TPE通常需要流經較長的路徑和薄壁區來充入模具。
●TPE的流動長度/制品厚度比低于150:1 ；
● 采用好的黏合劑。
