TPE在汽車零部件上的應用舉例
1、汽車防護套
使用橡膠以前多為SBR、CR、現已大部分改為EPDM。近來，SBS等TPE又成為取代物。
2、腳踏板擋泥板墊板
汽車駕駛室內的腳踏板、前后車橋的擋泥板、行李箱底的墊板等。以前使用橡膠為NR、SBR，現在更多地為TPE的SBS。它們大多制成同使用部位形狀相同的彩色花紋板狀，成為專用的產品。
3、熱塑性彈性體(TPE)管材
可再生循環利用的熱塑彈性體管材如凈氣管、燃油管護層
