由于物料過熱降解或其他原因而在藍牙音響TPE制品表面出現顏色或暗條紋的原因及解決方法
1】:TPE材料熱穩定性差。
解決方法：應選用熱穩定性好的材料或在材料中添加熱穩定劑。
2】：TPE材料中有回收料。
解決方法：應停止使用回收料。
3】：TPE注塑時噴嘴與模口R值不一致。
解決方法：應使用噴嘴與模口R值一致。
4】：物料塑化不均勻，制品中有未融化的料粒，出現暗紋。
解決方法：應提高背壓，使塑化均勻。

TPE包膠射粘的主要機理
TPE包膠射粘有真包膠及假包膠之區分。真包膠是利用軟膠與硬膠在軟化熔融時的相容性（相容性主要取決于材料的溶解度參數SP，溶解度參數越接近，則兩種材料相容性越好.關于SP的知識詳見高分子化學知識），在硬膠與軟膠接觸面形成一層粘結層，大大提升TPE軟膠與硬質塑膠的包膠粘合性。假包膠則幾乎不涉及到兩種材料的相容性，材料的包膠是通過機械力，通過模具和制品之設計以及表面處理，通過箍嵌作用，使得軟膠與硬膠能接合在一起。
