常見的TPE包膠射粘的材料
TPE應用于包膠射粘，TPE軟膠作為軟膠外覆層，常見的相配合的硬質材料主要是塑料，也有金屬及織布。TPE與織布射粘主要是應用于箱包制品，同與金屬包膠一樣，一般都為假包膠。真包膠多見于二次注塑和雙色注塑，即TPE包膠射粘的主體材料是塑料。TPE能與常用的一些通用塑料PP,GPPS,HIPS,ABS和工程塑料PC,PC/ABS,PA及其改性材料粘合牢固。TPE與POM聚甲醛的粘合性，目前在彈性體業界，仍是一個難題。因POM的溶解度參數SP（22.6）同TPE的SP（7.2-7.6）實在相差甚遠，兩種材料本身不具有相容性，而目前還沒有找到促使二者良好粘合的合適相容劑。
