什么是TPE材料
TPE（Thermoplastic Elastomer）是一種熱塑性彈性體材料，熱塑性彈性體TPE/TPR，又稱人造橡膠或合成橡膠。其產(chǎn)品既具備傳統(tǒng)交聯(lián)硫化橡膠的高彈性、耐老化、耐油性各項優(yōu)異性能，同時又具備普通塑料加工方便、加工方式廣的特點。可采用注塑、擠出、吹塑等加工方式生產(chǎn)，水口邊角粉碎后99%直接二次使用。既簡化加工過程，又降低加工成本，因此熱塑性彈性體TPE/TPR材料已成為取代傳統(tǒng)橡膠的材料，其環(huán)保、無毒、手感舒適、外觀精美，使產(chǎn)品更具創(chuàng)意。因此也是一支更具人性化、高品位的新型合成材料，也是世界化標準性環(huán)保材料。

| 著色 Coloring
| 請選擇以PE或EVA為基材之色母，切勿使用以PVC為基材者。另外加工時請采用較高的螺桿轉速和較高的背壓，才能讓著色劑達到較好的分散效果Please select color master batch on PE or EVA material with the exception of PVC.Higher screw speed and backpressure are needed for better colorant dispersion. | |||||||
| 回收 Recycling | 二次料（水口料）回收比率建議最多20%. Consistent regrind usage of up to 20% is permissible. | |||||||
