PA6、PA66包膠PA6、PA66為半結(jié)晶強(qiáng)極性塑料，需要較高的溫度和能量才能在硬塑表面形成熔接層。PA6熔點(diǎn)240℃，PA66熔點(diǎn)260℃。要形成牢固粘合，需要TPE具有更高的熔體溫度。一般TPE包膠PA6，包膠二次注塑溫度230~250℃，TPE包膠PA66，需要240~270℃的包膠溫度。另外PA6，PA66易吸水，這些對(duì)包覆粘合都是不利因素。
POM包膠POM的包膠。POM雖然熔點(diǎn)不高，只有180℃。但由于其結(jié)晶度高，要在包覆面形成熔接層，需要較高的能量，同時(shí)由于POM的自潤滑性，不利于TPE材質(zhì)在POM硬塑件表面的快速包覆。因此，POM的包覆，在國內(nèi)，我還沒聽說有哪一家TPE廠家說包得牢的。
