從TPE包膠工藝的理論模型來分析，實現(xiàn)接合(cohesion）包膠效果，基本要點其實只有三句話：
1.極性匹配，兩種材料在熔體狀態(tài)下能分子鏈段互溶加穿透;
2.TPE熔體溫度足夠高, 能燒蝕硬塑表面;
3.TPE表面張力低于硬塑表面張力，以便快速鋪展在硬塑表面，進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)燒蝕、材質(zhì)相互穿透;
上述三個基本要點其實已經(jīng)決定了：TPE和硬塑的配方相互匹配、相互滿足要求，是實現(xiàn)理想接合(cohesion)效果的基礎(chǔ)。
