TPE|TPR顆粒結塊的處理辦法
若在生產加工時，遇到TPE|TPR顆粒嚴重結塊的情形。 可將顆粒放進溫度40℃左右的烘箱，烘30~60分鐘。結塊的TPE|TPR顆粒會慢慢變得容易捏散。

A 換材料
制品粘連是后果，材料本身易粘是前因。更換原材料是解決問題的有效辦法。
B 隔離包裝
不要把各成品直接接觸擠壓。而是對每一件制品都隔開包裝，但這樣會增加工作量。
