一、TPE粘合PP原理：
TPE包膠PP是將TPE與PP兩種材料粘在一起，TPE與PP的粘合，可以不借助膠黏劑，而直接通過先后兩次注塑工藝，在注塑溫度下，兩種材料自然而然粘合在一起，而且粘合強度不亞于強力粘膠。
TPE與PP兩種原材料能夠如此粘接在一起，是因為高分子化學的解釋是相近溶解度參數或極性的聚合物材料具有很好的相容性。TPE的溶解度參數是7.2，而PP溶解度參數是7.6，兩種材料溶解度非常接近。因此，TPE材料幾乎不需要做任何改性，就可與PP聚丙烯塑料很好的粘接在一起。
