TPE為熱塑性彈性體的通稱。根據(jù)材料組成結(jié)構(gòu)單元的不同，TPE彈性體主要分為,聚苯乙烯系彈性體TPS,熱塑性聚氨酯TPU,PP與三元乙丙共混改性熱塑性動態(tài)硫化彈性體TPV,熱塑性聚酯彈性體TPEE.因這幾類熱塑性彈性體中見，應(yīng)用，使用量的是TPS類熱塑性彈性體.
簡單方法區(qū)別鑒定TPU、TPV和TPEE……
1、TPU一般是透明的，耐磨，燒的話有蘋果或是中藥的味道；
2、TPV的話不透明，據(jù)說有透明的，但是沒見過，燒的話有石蠟味；
3、TPEE材料比較硬，一般在30D以上，耐溫性超好；
4、根據(jù)燃燒的性質(zhì)不同可以簡單鑒定各自材料。
