彈性體的粒度對制品的表面光澤度影響較大粒度越大制品的光澤度越低。如在HIPS中，彈性體的粒度大小為2-5微米，制品表面產生消光效應，如果彈性體的粒度小于0.5微米時，制品表面光澤性較好。
(7）相容劑的加入
對于樹脂與彈性體相容性不好的增韌體系，應加入適當的相容劑，以提高兩者的相容性。常用的相容劑為樹脂或增韌劑的馬來酸酐或丙烯酸類接枝物。
（8）彈性體的協同作用
不同品種的彈性體之間的一起加入往往具有協同作用，
如在PP增韌配方中，EPDM和ABS復合加入增韌效果好。
