3.應力缺陷
（1）原因分析
制品存在銳利的內邊緣或棱角，存在應力缺口，容易導致應力集中。在遇到外力拉伸撕裂時，制品撕裂多從這些位置開始。
（2）改善方法
產品及模具設計時盡量避免尖銳或突兀的角，轉角處盡量設計成圓弧狀，以減少應力缺陷。
當然，若SBS類合金彈性體都不能滿足材料撕裂強度要求，可考慮選用其他分子鏈或基材的TPE，如TPV、TPEE等
