About Silk Texture

It should be clear that our silk scarves are made of 99% mulberry silk with the premium grade 6A, which is the quality assurance from the very beginning.

For silk scarf, the popular silk texture are silk satin and silk twill, and the close-ups are illustrated below.  Surely you can opt to some other silk textures you prefer, for example, silk habotai and silk chiffon.

About Momme Weight

For silk scarf, the common and suitable momme weight ( density or thickness ) is 12 momme, 14 momme and 16 momme;

As you can guess, the added momme weight means added price.  Many clients have the belief that the added value is worth the price.

Due to the inconvenience to figure out the thickness directly from image, we may send you several silk texture swatches packed together with your sample order if interested.

About Pattern Printing

We help to customise the pattern printing, so your specific design is required to implement it ( the copyright of your design is respected ).

Here is a glance from the manufacturing process:

For relatively thicker silk fabric (such as 16 momme), the printed pattern on one side is obviously lighter than the other side.  Then clients may opt to have double sides printed for 14 momme and 16 momme in order to have a better consistent color effect on both sides.

One fantastic advantage of double-sided printing is that user can have two different pattern on one single scarf ( suitable for 14 mm or 16 mm ).  It is kind of double scarves, but much more convenient to carry.
