1>Can I use my own design? What is the format of the design？

A:Yes,if you have your own design,you can send it to us,then we can provide custom services accoring to your needs. The resolution would be better to be 300 DPI, the file format could be TIFF, JPG, PDF, PSD etc.For the big file, you can send us through wetransfer for free.
You can choose the one that is convenient for you.

2>What if there is a defective product?

A:In this regard, pls rest assured that we have quality inspection from the raw silk fabric to the printed silk fabric and then the final finished silk scarves.After the product is customized and before it is sent to the guests, we will carry out strict inspection again, pick out the bad defective products and send the ones with qualified quality to you. 

3>Can I provide samples before I place a bulk order?

A:Of course you can, usually for the first time customers, if it is not urgent, we also recommend that you can customize a sample first, so that customers can see the actual quality and effect, which will help save customers costs and dispel customers'worries.

4>What is the usual production time for custom scarves?

A:Sample Making:7-10 days in digital printing, 10-15 days for screen printing.

About the bulk production,the production time depends on your customized quantity requirements,our normal production time is about 2-3 weeks after you confirm the sample.

5>What are the modes of transportation and what does the cost of transportation depend on?

A:About shipping, normally we ship by DHL for them, and the shipping time is usually 3-5days.Of course, you can also choose the ship mode you need, such as Fedex,,UPS, ect.And the postage depends on the weight of parce.

6>Do you also offer other custom services?
