Q1. What material you use ?
-We use 99% silk with best grade 6A.
Q2. Where are your silk material come from?
-We are in Chinese famous silk city- Hangzhou, so we can souce the best matrial in the city.
Q3. Can you customize my sweater/scarf ?
-Yes,we can accept OEM/ODM based on your detailed files.
-You can send your artwork with PDF, TIF, AI, etc, as long as the DPI be above 150.
-You can send the files through free website WeTransfer ()
Q4. Do you have any Warranty for the quality?
-Sure once bulk order quality is not same as approved sample,you can just tell us and we will take that responsibility. But we haven't received complicants from our customers up to now. We have confidence in our product quality.
Q5. Which payment do you accept?
- For small order under USD1000,we accept Paypal ,Credit card.
For large order above USD1000,we accept TT ,Credit card.
Q6. Can you not share or sell my design to other clients?
-We will sign non-disclosure agreement if design is owned by yourself ,we promise we will not
post any picture on our website or share with our clients.
