該系列方便面生產(chǎn)線是本公司結(jié)合國內(nèi)外消費(fèi)市場的需求，研制，生產(chǎn)的具有小型化生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)品。生產(chǎn)線采用流水線生產(chǎn)，操作簡單，產(chǎn)量適中，適合于中小企業(yè)。本公司負(fù)責(zé)安裝調(diào)試設(shè)備，培訓(xùn)人員。

生產(chǎn)工藝流程：面粉、輔料→拌粉→復(fù)合壓延→切條、折花→蒸煮→切斷、折疊→油炸→冷卻→包裝→成品。

生產(chǎn)線機(jī)組配置：和面機(jī)、成型機(jī)、蒸煮機(jī)、切斷機(jī)、油炸機(jī)（電力型，蒸汽型），冷卻機(jī)

復(fù)合壓延成型機(jī)

Double pressing shaper

該設(shè)備有五對壓輥及切條折花自動(dòng)成型裝置組成。其主要功能就是將面粉原料輥壓成帶狀面片，各對壓輥逐級(jí)將面片壓延變薄由切刀切成條狀并經(jīng)波紋成型裝置折花。

該設(shè)備變頻調(diào)速，可自動(dòng)控制壓輥的快慢，操作方便。

This equipment consists of five pairs of down rollers and wave formers. The main function of this part is to press the mixed raw material to belt shape and each pair of roller pressing the belt make it thinner, at last a cutting knife will cut it to strips and the wave former will make wave shape on each strip. The speed of this equipment is adjusted by a transducer which is easy to control and operate.
