溫變油墨又稱熱感變色油墨，感溫變色油墨，熱敏變色油墨、和示溫油墨。Temperature is also called thermal ink color ink, heat change color ink, polychromatic inks, and heat sensitive ink.

一、千色變公司生產的溫變油墨分為以下幾類Types：

消色：“可逆溫變消色油墨"：常溫下顯示某種特定顏色，經加溫后顏色消失變為無色， 冷卻后立即恢復到原有顏色，因其變化過程可逆；

①基本顏色：大紅、朱紅、玫紅、桃紅、橙紅、金黃、紫羅蘭、深藍、藍色、綠色、黑色、土耳其藍Basic color: bright red, scarlet, mei red, pink, orange, yellow, violet, dark blue, blue, green, blue, black, Turkey

⑤溫度28度（含）以上基本顏色是有色變無色，溫度22度（含）以下是無色變有色

特殊無色變有色：（玫紅60度）（55度玫紅色、藍色）

⑥溫變油墨不可生產的顏色：金 銀 白Temperature is the production of color ink: gold silver white

⑦油墨性狀：外觀為半透明液體狀態，為油性油墨。顏色豐富色差變化明顯的優點，使用膠印機效果不好的缺點。

⑧可用印刷方式：絲印移印凹印凸印轉印, 膠印的顏色很淺，效果不明顯。

適用底材 ：紙張布料金屬玻璃陶瓷塑料。 溫變油墨不可承印的底材為硅膠、橡膠， 有彈性，印上容易開裂，不建議使用。

⑨印刷背景建議使用白色或淺白色系，可提高顏色變化的差異度。

一般使用壽命是4000-8000次的變色次數（正確存儲和使用的情況下）

⑩應用范圍：防偽標簽、酒類包裝防偽，、食品、飲料、農藥等產品特種包裝印刷。

運用在變色杯領域，可絲印（絲印在花紙上轉印到杯子上）水轉印，一般用的是45度。

三、使用方法/注意事項Method of use/matters needing attention：

1、干燥方式：（自干、烤干、UV固化），60-100度，5分鐘左右。薄膜類的自干方式干燥。印在陶瓷杯上可用150度烤20-30分鐘。

2、溫變油墨（油性）使用時不下網很稠時，可用稀釋劑783稀釋，稀釋比例為3%-5%。（也可定制水性油墨，并用水稀釋）印刷背景建議使用白色或淺白色系，可提高顏色變化的差異度。

4、儲存：感溫變色油墨應密封儲存于密閉、干燥、陰暗處，避免陽光直射。

5、毒性與安全性：感溫變色油墨對皮膚用呼吸道有輕微刺激性，搬運時應密閉，印刷操作時的環境應保持良好的通風狀況。油墨*干燥后，不會有任何異味或刺激性，符合安全玩具和食品包裝規格基準。
