銅基粉末冶風(fēng)電剎車片是我公司研發(fā)的一種摩擦材料，其性能類似于國司MD550摩擦材料，是以銅粉為基體，以特種耐磨合金顆粒為摩擦組元，通過特殊燒結(jié)工藝制成的摩擦材料，在高溫下（700℃）具有摩擦系數(shù)穩(wěn)定，磨損小，對制動(dòng)盤損傷小，易安裝，使用安全等特點(diǎn)，可滿足風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)、高速列車等工程機(jī)械的重載高速制動(dòng)要求.目前已大量使用。以下是我司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品及性能指標(biāo)，也可根據(jù)客戶要求的規(guī)格尺寸進(jìn)行加工。
