在制作過程中用溶劑沖洗的方法去除能延長調節周期的低分子量聚合物片段。我們的鍵合填料在30分鐘內就可以恢復穩定。因為鍵合相的流失很低，檢測器可以在靈敏度很高的狀況下工作，數據系統對流失補償的需求也被大大降低。
鍵合固定相的另外一個優點就是比非鍵合固定相的壽命長。相比非鍵合固定相，鍵合固定交聯鍵合力，分子間的作用力更大，因而抗氧化能力更強。由于這種材料是*的交聯結合，因此不會像非鍵合草料那樣出現液相流失現象。
