氣動方型插板閥是一種粉料、晶粒料、顆粒料及小塊物料的流量或輸送量的主要控制設備，廣泛應用于礦山、糧食等行業控制流量變化或迅速切斷（特殊直徑≤50mm）。
氣動插板閥結構特點：氣動單向平板閘閥采用鋼板焊接結構，配重桿自復位機構，結構緊湊，工作平穩。氣動插板閥、氣動雙向平板閘閥該閘門主要由框架、閘板及氣缸組成，氣源通過電磁換向閥帶動氣缸，氣缸帶動閘板作水平方向的往復運動，達到閥門的啟閉目的。閘閥結構簡單，重量輕，操作靈活，裝拆方便，采用優質碳素鋼制造，其強度高，性能好，使用壽命長；絲桿及螺母采用了軟防罩結構，不受外界粉塵影響。
