手動一體式漿液閥（整體式漿液閥、刀型閘閥）。一種整體式漿液閥，包括閥體、閥桿和閘板，閥體的內壁嵌裝有Ｕ型的彈性中空式密封條，閘板的邊緣則和密封條接觸密封配合，閥體是整體成型結構，且密封條的空腔中內置有彈性鋼絲構成支撐加強結構。本實用新型采用整體成型的閥體，強度高，不易損壞，生產迅速。在密封條的空腔中置放有彈性鋼絲，加強彈性，支撐可靠，裝配嵌入閥體內壁中很方便，防止密封條變形泄漏，密封性能更好，充分保證了漿液閥的零泄漏，介質雙向流動基本無流阻。
本閥門適用于糖漿、紙漿、泥漿、污水、煤漿等介質管路上，作啟閉調節和節流使用，適用于水平安裝，亦可傾斜安裝。
1、采用對夾一體式結構，體積小，重量輕；
2、敞開的通道，可以防止介質在閥內的沉積；
3、采用可更換式密封結構，一改普通漿液閥與刀型閘閥維修難的問題。
