1.占地面積約115㎡，單班加工量4200件/10小時（僅鉆孔）
1. It takes up 115㎡ floor area, max. productivity for 1 shift （Only for drilling process）:4200pcs/10hs.
2.配自動上下料實現全自動加工。

6 Drill Heads& 4 Spindles
配置106個獨立加工鉆軸，可同時加工多塊板材，效率倍增。
Totally 106pcs drills, multi-workpiece can simultaneously process, double increase efficiency.
2 Work-stations independently work
加工寬度尺寸達到1220mm/800mm，雙鉆包同時加工最小間距64mm。
Max. Working width is 1220mm/800mm., Min. space between 2 heads in simultaneous work is 64mm.

加工路徑可視化，達到生產狀態，鉆孔效率高達7件/分鐘。

精準快速拆單，掃碼加工一步到位，滿足各類人造板材的批量化鉆孔需求。
Accurate and fast split orders, barcode-scan and process are done in one step,Satisfying batch drilling demands.
Integrated machine frame
三點支撐式橫梁，經過退火、打砂，機身一次性加工成型，長期穩定運行有保障。Structures with 3-shores supporting crossbeam, annealed and sanded, which guarantees a long-lasting run without deformation.
Long clamp stroke
智能避讓鉆孔位置，抓料移動速度可達140m/min，提高加工效率。
Intelligently avoids the drilling position, max.moving speed of the clamp is 140m/min, greatly increasing drilling efficiency.
Width Sensor
智能校準右工位定位基準,確保加工高精度。
Intelligently calibrates the position reference, ensuring high accuracy.

左右工作臺單獨配備自動進出料裝置，可實現單機或多機連線。
