【產(chǎn)品概述】

脂肪酸蔗糖酯、蔗糖酯，簡稱SE(SUGAR ESTERS)。一種非離子表面活性劑，由蔗糖和脂肪酸經(jīng)酯化反應生成的單質(zhì)或混合物。因蔗糖含有8個—OH基，因此經(jīng)酯化，從單酯到八酯的各種產(chǎn)物均可生成?？杉毞譃閱沃舅狨?、雙脂肪酸酯和三脂肪酸酯。以蔗糖的—OH基為親水基，脂肪酸的碳鏈部分為親油基，常用硬脂酸、油酸、棕櫚酸等高級脂肪酸（產(chǎn)品為粉末狀），也用醋酸、異丁酸等低級脂肪酸（產(chǎn)品為粘稠樹脂狀）。它以其無毒、易生物降解及良好的表面性能,廣泛用于食品、醫(yī)藥、日化、生物工程的酶制劑、石油開采、紡織及農(nóng)牧業(yè)等行業(yè)。
