本系列醬料灌裝機是我司集多年生產經驗，并引進吸收技術研制而成的新一代“盒裝火鍋底料自動灌裝機”。適用于現在市場上流行的磚塊老火鍋底料的自動灌裝，它采用活塞定量，集機電、氣動于一體，電器和氣動元件選用品牌，由PLC控制，設計合理，結構緊湊，外形美觀，具有性能穩定可靠、灌裝精度高、適應性強、操作簡單、維護方便等特點。
     此設備爭對于現在市場上流行的各種規格盒裝老火鍋底料的自動灌裝而設計，前端人工放盒，自動輸送至灌裝機進行定量灌裝（也可設計成油料分離定量灌裝），灌裝完成由人工添加海椒香葉，輸送長度由客戶產量以及場地而定制，后端可直接輸送至冷凍線進行快速冷缺，冷缺完成可直接進入本公司專業設計研發的“全自動真空包裝機”進行自動真空包裝。以完成整套生產線的全智能化，減少人工提高生產效率。
     本系列灌裝機有雙頭、四頭……八頭等多種型號，每種型號按灌裝范圍分成多種規格，還可根據需要料桶加裝攪拌機構、料斗保溫、油料分離灌裝、適應70-95℃高溫灌裝等，可根據客戶的生產產量以客戶需求定制。
