Tornado系列三坐標測量機是LEADER公司21世紀一代移動橋式測量機。

Tornado series is the latest generation of Moving Bridge style high accuracy high speed Coordinate Measuring Machine from LEADER

Tornado測量機集單點探測和模擬掃描技術為一體的高性能檢測設備，可選配同時安裝接觸式和非接觸掃描測頭。基于新一代高穩定性控制系統，并與精度補償系統進行結合與優化，加上的算法，可實現高速、高精度模擬開環以及閉環掃描。

Tornado serials combines single-point probing and analog scanning in a single high performance measuring machine also can equipped with contact and non-contact probe system. Based on the new generation of controller combines and optimizes temperature and accuracy compensation systems and advanced algorithms to support high-speed, high-accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning.

- 固定花崗石工作臺，X、Z軸采用超高剛性航空鋁技術，通過減輕運動負荷從而提高了整機的性能，

是保證穩定性和剛性的結構設計。

- 測量機主導軌采用槽型截面設計，空氣軸承按封閉式靜壓導軌布局，增大了氣膜剛性，提高了Y向氣浮導軌的精度

- 高精度高氣膜剛性的自清潔式預載荷氣浮軸承-三軸均采用大功率驅動器、電機及新型雙級帶減速器，確保傳動準

確，迅速。

- 英國Renishaw進口光柵尺、讀數頭、測頭、測針、控制系統。

- 德國FESTO氣動系統Z軸氣動平衡，可靠、平穩提高定位精度，并具有自保護裝置，提高了Z向的運動特性。

- 日本SMC精密過濾系統，確保導軌長壽命

- 德國GATES柔性鋼絲同步帶傳動，克服了磨擦桿、齒輪齒條、鋼帶等傳動的諸多缺點，無滑差、噪音、高柔性

- Granite fixed worktable, X&Z axis beam has aviation aluminum technology. This structure is the best solution to lighten main carriage’s weight and improve main carriage’s stability and rigidity, so can greatly improves CMM’s performance.
