　　進口襯氟磁力離心泵包括離心泵本體，離心泵本體包括泵體、聯接體、磁力聯軸器和泵軸，泵軸和磁力聯軸器之間設有軸套，泵軸上設有若干個沿著泵軸的軸向方向均勻分布的定位槽，軸套的內側對應于定位槽的位置處設有和定位槽對應的定位件，定位件嵌套與定位槽內，定位件的相對兩側分別設有彈性件，軸套的外側設有一層采用彈性材料制成的緩沖層，緩沖層的外側表面設有一層光滑的金屬層，緩沖層內還設有若干個均勻分布的球形空腔。結構設計合理，能夠在高溫下正常使用，抗壓能力好，并且使用壽命長，有利于市場化的推廣和應用。

　　進口襯氟磁力離心泵特點：

　　磁力離心泵的內轉子部件浸沒在介質中，作為內轉子部件的支撐，其軸承一般采用滑動軸承。為了提高泵的運作可靠性，滑動軸承一般選用陶瓷材料。陶瓷材料的滑動軸承需要成套配對使用，即與陶瓷軸承對磨的材料也需陶瓷材料。這樣，泵軸上需要安裝陶瓷材料制的軸套。軸套與金屬軸相配合，保證轉子的旋轉精度。但陶瓷性脆，且膨脹系數小，當溫度升高時軸套就會被金屬軸脹裂而導致損壞。而如果加大軸套與軸的間隙，則軸套與軸的同心度就不能保證，泵轉子旋轉時處于偏心狀態，產生異常的振動，軸承容易損壞，泵無法正常運轉。而如果采用軟質材料填充，則其抗壓強度不夠，無法保證軸套與軸的同軸度，且耐溫不高，無法在高溫下使用。同時由于存在泵軸與磁力聯軸器之間的摩擦損傷，常常使得磁力離心泵使用一至兩個月后泵軸就會發生斷裂，從而影響其使用壽命。
