進口全不銹鋼氣動隔膜閥是采用全不銹鋼的氣動執行器以及不銹鋼316L隔膜閥閥體組成的隔膜閥。隔膜閥式隔膜把下部閥體內腔與上部閥蓋內腔隔開，使位于隔膜上方的閥桿、閥瓣等零件不受介質腐蝕，省去了填料密封結構，且不會產生介質外漏。

采用橡膠或塑料等軟質密封制作的隔膜，密封性較好。由于隔膜為易損件，應視介質特性而定期更換。進口全不銹鋼氣動隔膜閥分為常開式、常閉式和往復式三種。表面拋光，可安裝于任何位置，介質流向對閥門開閉不影響閥體，結構可延長隔膜片的使用壽命。標準隔膜片符合FDA及UPS等機構對藥品和食品行業規定的安全標準。

閥體和膜片的緊密配合提供閥體密封和閥座密封,確保了管道內部和外部環境隔絕,所以該閥門適用于無菌過程。

進口衛生級隔膜閥開啟和關閉是由閥桿的上下運動來實現。當閥桿處于上位時,球形膜片向上彎曲閥門形成導通狀態。當閥桿由上往下運動時帶動閥芯使膜片彎曲,被迫膜片緊帖閥座區或,關閉了管道流體通向路徑。

該閥門可手動操作,也可氣動操作,還可以通過智能控制器控制。
